CLHMS DESIGNEE CRITERIA

Complete The Institute’s Luxury Home Marketing Training, Be an active Member of The Institute Meet or exceed the CLHMS designation sales requirements.

CLHMS SALES REQUIREMENTS

In order to obtain this certification, the participant must close three transactions in the following areas: The property is residential. Each property is a unique address. The sold price is at or above the Luxury Threshold for the market area. The sold dates of all three properties are within a 24-month period of each other.

Complete The Institute’s Luxury Home Marketing Training. Be an active Member of The Institute. Have earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation. Meet or exceed the GUILD Recognition sales requirements

GUILD SALES REQUIREMENTS

You must close at least two transactions in the following categories: The property is residential, Each property is a unique address.The sold price is at or above $1,000,000, The sold dates of all three properties are within a 24-month period of each other.
