You'll repay the exact amount spent on services provided by Angi, with no additional interest or fees.  This repayment will be deducted from your home's equity at the time of closing.

However, it's important to note that if the listing agreement expires or is canceled, if the home sale doesn't yield sufficient equity to cover the costs, or if 12 months pass from the date of the first project completion by Angi, you'll be responsible for repaying the expenses.

We exclusively select their top-rated vendors for our clients, and they come with a quality assurance known as the "Happiness Guarantee." If you're not satisfied with the work done, Angi is committed to making it right at no extra cost to you.

If the cost of the work you wish to have done on your home surpasses your allocated budget, you have options. You can consider increasing your listing agent's commission rate, subject to the maximum limit set by the brokerage, to raise your budget.

Alternatively, you can choose to cover the excess expenses out of your pocket directly to Angi before the project commences.
